Servicing

Our experienced robotic engineers can carry out a professional and thourough service on a wide range of robots including, ABB, Kuka, Motoman, Geku Cartisian, Gosewehr and Cincinatti Milacron. Over the last 30 years our service team have been looking after these machines throughout the continuous changes in robot models and software updates.

Cincinatti Milacron RobotThis robot system was installed by Geku Automation in the early 80's and is situated on the roof of a four story building. The robot is used to test radar capabilities of the nose cone on a Harrier FA2 fighter jet.

Geku have maintained this machine through natures elements and the occasional lightning strike over the past 30 years with thorough servicing and the availability of spare parts that are required.

Cincinatti Milacron Robot palletising moneyAnother example of the importance of servicing and maintenance is this machine installed by Geku in 1982

The Geku Automation system used a Cincinatti Milacron robot to palletise coins fed from a bagging line.

For the past 27 years, professional servicing and available spare parts have seen this machine exceed its life expectancy by some time.
