Cartesian Robots
Geku Automation manufacture a range of 3-axis cartesian robots that are commonly used in the plastics injection moulding industry. The robots are mounted on an injection moulding machine platen and interfaced using Euromap 67.
The high speed Y-axis is used for fast demould and minimal mould interruption time. 0.5 secs demould time can be achieved.
The robot range is controlled by a Siemens based software and can manipulate up to 4 robots as well as periphery equipment from a single controller.
